01Hygienic Return Protocol
Due to the hygienic nature of professional hair systems, returns are strictly managed. Eligible systems must be in their original, unaltered state (un-cut, un-dyed, and with original base tags intact) and initiated within 7 days of delivery.
02Artisan Quality Assurance
If a system is identified with manufacturing anomalies, it will undergo a technical audit by our master artisans. Verified quality issues are eligible for expedited replacement or credit at the platform's professional discretion.
03Restocking & Re-Sterilization
Authorized non-defect returns incur a 15% professional restocking fee. This covers the comprehensive sterilization and re-packaging process required to maintain our global health and safety standards.
Exclusion Notice
Custom bespoke hair systems and clearance inventory items are non-refundable and final sale.
